We are licensed to care for day care bayswater up to 75 children per day, aged from 4 years and upwards. Our Educators provide children with opportunities to challenge their learning at an individual and group level. Our outdoor playground boasts a natural like environment where children can explore their surroundings in a safe area.

In 2010, the seventh centre to open under the umbrella of the Bayswater Child Care Association was the Maylands Out of School Care after a request from the Maylands Peninsula Primary School P&C. TeamKids – Bayswater South Primary has 60 approved places, representing approximately 0% of the total count for Team Holiday Pty Ltd. Great Beginnings Bayswater has 87 approved places, representing approximately 44% of the total count for Jacaranda Operations Pty Limited. Our centre is located next to the Colchester Medical Centre & opposite Colchester Nursery.
The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) defines seven Quality Areas under the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure high standards of education and care in early childhood services. Choosing the right program involves evaluating your child’s capacity for structured time, your family’s schedule, and the level of convenience and flexibility required. A kindergarten program is run during long day care for 3-year-old and 4-year-old children enrolled in our long day care program. Our families love hearing about their child’s progress and the experiences they’re having day to day. We share these moments through centre newsletters, our Xplor App, one-on-one meetings, and at various centre events.
Encouraging the children to challenge themselves and initiate their own exploration and experimentation is something we strive to do at Morley OSHC. We offer a rotating seasonal menu, providing breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack, all freshly made daily. We cater for all children’s dietary requirement, preferences and cultural requirements, including halal and kosher.

Bayswater Out of School care also opened in 1985 offering Out of School Care and Vacation Care to children 5-12 years of age. This was followed by the opening of Morley Out of School Care at Weld Square Primary School in Morley in 1988. The Bayswater Child Care Association Incorporated was established in 1975 after a need was identified in the City of Bayswater for community-based, Not-for-profit childcare. TeamKids – Bayswater South Primary is operated by Team Holiday Pty Ltd, which contributes 4% to the total available child care capacity in Victoria.

To return, simply leave your No Birds rental car in the parking area, lock the vehicle, and drop your keys in the designated key-drop box provided. Our vacation care program offers a dynamic range of activities specifically designed to cater to the interests and developmental stages of children aged 4 to 12 years. These activities range from nature-based learning experiences, which encourage outdoor exploration, to cultural workshops that foster a connection with the local Indigenous heritage. Our goal is to create a vacation period that is as educational as it is enjoyable for the children. Our nursery room is purposely designed to make every baby feel safe exploring and discovering new things. Our spaces are filled with sensory experiences and activities to encourage intentional and responsive play-based learning.
As an incorporated association, BCCA is directed and controlled by a Management Committee (Board). The Committee is made up of voting and non-voting members, representing parents, community members, and staff. Families that use BCCA services are encouraged to join the association as members to nominate and elect representatives. Committee members have legal and ethical responsibilities to ensure the association acts lawfully and is resourced and directed towards achieving its community-focused vision and mission.
