Randy holds a JD in Law with honors and a BBA in Finance with highest honors from the University of Texas, Austin. Outside of work he has a passion for coaching youth sports including basketball, football and soccer, and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and children. Kevin has served as the Executive Director since 2010 and the Deputy Executive Director from 2000 to 2010. During his 22-year career as a law enforcement officer, he also served on TMPA’s board for 10 years as the Treasurer and President.
As a testament to her resiliency, unconditional love for her daughters, and strong self-image, Jhenovia is living a life free of the insecurity and uncertainty of domestic abuse. Jhenovia recounted her recent history and journey for Lopez, discussing how her commitment to her daughters led to her decision to flee a dangerous home environment. As they spoke, Lopez began carefully planning an effective strategy for Jhenovia’s recovery and reintroduction to a safe, stable and normal life. On the hunt, each youth will be paired with an experienced hunting guide, and accompanied by volunteers who will help ensure a safe environment.
She started working for TMPA as a part-time employee in the Accounting Department the summer before she graduated from college. Katie has always had a passion for non-profits and jumped at the opportunity when she was offered a full-time position with TMPA right after graduating. During her time in college, Katie had two internships with local nonprofits in Austin, Texas.

She and her husband Rik of 28 years are proud parents/grandparents/great grandparents, and they enjoy spending time with family. PJ has expertise in crisis intervention, PTSD, suicide prevention, and dementia. Her passions include working with elderly and disabled populations, grief and loss, perinatal issues, coping with medical issues and traumas, post traumatic concerns, and behavioral concerns.
After his high school graduation, Darrell enlisted into the United State Navy and continued his career in the US Navy Reserves until 1996. Tony holds a Master Peace Officer Certification and has extensive knowledge in setting up new associations and helping them succeed. When he’s not working, Tony loves spending time with his wife Tara, his children, and grandson.
