A team of psychologists and social workers worked in Ganja, Terter, Agdam and Goranboy districts for six months, reaching 9,000 children. Additionally, through social needs assessments of 1,237 families, 2700 children and women received psychological first aid support. Nakhchivan University is founded in 1999 and it is the only private higher educational institution in Azerbaijan that is located outside of Baku, the capital of the Azerbaijan Republic.
