Lara has special interests in neck and shoulder pain, chronic headaches, dizziness and also has further specialised training in vestibular physiotherapy. Lara also enjoys working with clients experiencing low back and pelvic girdle pain, particularly pre and post natally. Lara uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilisation, massage, dry needling and clinical pilates to assist her clients return to everyday activity. Vanessa is a qualified Physiotherapist, graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Graduate Certificate of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.
However, it was as a teenager, witnessing the transformative impact of osteopathy firsthand, that his passion truly took root. After his mother badly injured her back in a car accident, Tom attended her Osteopathy appointments and saw the profound difference Osteopathy made in her life. Inspired by this experience, he knew that Osteopathy was the path he wanted to pursue. His experience spans private practices across Queensland, Tasmania, and Victoria as well as working with teams and elite athletes in the AFL, NRL, VFL, AIHL, ATP & WTA tennis tours and gymnastics.
