Pakenham Kindergarten Pakenham Childcare

G8 Education is privileged to contribute to the care and early education of over 45,000 children, from babies through to kindergarten and preschool, in our 350+ child care centres across Australia. At Aspire Pakenham, our in-centre chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals every day, guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Our approach to food focuses on variety, balance, and mindful eating to support children’s healthy growth and development. A centre tour is a convenient way to experience the childcare centre of your choice and meet with our qualified educators at a time that is suitable for your family’s schedule.
Our dedicated and nurturing teachers are committed to helping each child achieve developmental milestones and build a strong  foundation for future success. Our dedicated team of educators deliver play-based learning programs that foster a love of learning in a safe and welcoming environment. Our programs are designed to be emergent in nature and are guided by the children’s interests. What I love most about this field is the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators. I believe that a child’s early years are the most important, and that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where they can feel confident, capable, and connected.
Children develop a strong sense of identity as they feel safe, secure and supported, building confidence, resilience and a positive sense of self. Through group activities, conversations and play, children learn to interact with others with care, empathy and respect, building positive relationships and friendships. At Aspire, I feel truly child care in pakenham valued and supported working alongside passionate educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care.

Our centre promotes sustainability through various initiatives, including recycling, maintaining worm gardens, and cultivating a large, expansive vegetable garden. These activities teach children about environmental responsibility and the importance of caring for our planet. We create Individual Learning Plans for each child, based on their interests, strengths and developmental goals, and partner with families to regularly review and update each plan. Our longstanding educator team provides  consistency and strong relationships with families, with some educators having more than 20 years of service. Seven of Goodstart’s award-winning team members have returned from an international ‘Discovering Next Practice’ professional learning experience in New Zealand. Indoors, bright and engaging learning spaces encourage creativity, collaboration, and discovery through play.
I am continually updated as to my child's activities and well-being throughout the day which put me at ease. The centre is always clean and fresh healthy cooked meals are served to our growing kids. Tash is exceptionally professional, lovely and has a very caring approach towards all the families. You may also like to visit the centre with your child, meet their educators and ask our team about what to bring on the first day.
Children develop respect for the environment through gardening, recycling and nature-based learning. Educators also introduce the interconnected aspects of sustainability, including environmental, social and economic, through concepts like fairness, sharing and community. Eden Academy acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our centres stand and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community.

We tailor our program to meet the individual needs of every child, working closely with families, educators, and support professionals. Through ongoing communication, feedback forms, and regular meetings, we ensure each child’s strengths and challenges are understood and supported. Our Government-approved Kindergarten program helps children develop the confidence and skills they need for a successful transition to school. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles, including Inclusion Support, Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Sustainability Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager. My passion for early education stems from the opportunity to be creative, make a meaningful impact, and build strong community relationships.
In this way, children gain a strong foundation from which they can grow across all areas of development. CCS helps eligible families access approved and registered child care providers by partially subsidising the cost of daily fees. We educate and care for nursery-aged children throughout the day, with dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces, plus safe sleeping areas for rest.

Since joining Great Beginnings Pakenham, I have worked as a Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager. Each role has given me the opportunity to develop new skills, explore different areas of the sector, and deepen my passion for ensuring children receive the best possible start to their education journey. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the growth and development of not only the children, but also the families and educators, over time. However, it is strongly recommended because it helps children develop the social, emotional and cognitive skills needed for school.
Our dedicated, long-standing educators and teachers create a safe, calm and supportive environment for children. Individual Learning Plans are developed in partnership with families, helping educators guide learning around each child’s strengths, interests and developmental goals. Our Physical Education Program at Inspire Pakenham supports children’s physical development, coordination, and overall wellbeing through purposeful movement and active play. Children engage in age-appropriate physical experiences that build strength, balance, body awareness, and confidence. Aligned with Montessori philosophy and national frameworks, the program promotes healthy habits, resilience, and a positive relationship with physical activity from an early age.
As a not-for-profit centre located in a culturally diverse community, we understand and respect all cultural backgrounds of the families at our centre. I also bring experience in Youth Work, Event management and Hospitality management, which has strengthened my leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Take a tour of our service to experience our connected community where every child belongs. With an upheld National Quality Rating and educators recognised for excellence, families can expect consistent, exceptional care at every step. An Eden hat and wetbag for every child to help build belonging,  confidence, and pride from their very first day at Eden Academy together.
