I began working in early childhood education in 2020 and joined the Bayswater team in 2025. My background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Although I began my academic path in business, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of children’s lives. What I love most about this field is the opportunity to support children, guide educators, and work in partnership with families every single day. It’s a truly rewarding and purpose-driven career.Over the years, I’ve learnt that children are incredibly capable, curious, and resilient. They each bring their own unique strengths and ways of engaging with the world, and I believe our role as educators is to listen deeply, respond meaningfully, and provide the right conditions for their growth.
