All Theis staff from Sales to administration to installers are friendly and courteous. Everyone we dealt with at Kings was excellent from the Sales Rep through to the Administration staff, check measurer and installer. Often you buy a product because the Sales Rep is good but then you find the customer service and installation disappointing - this was not the case with Kings.
