We are a small family owned business who is having a crack at selling wine online. We do not claim to be the biggest and cheapest in Australia, there are enough of these claims from online everywhere in Australia. What we do is have a good selection of wines that we think represent exceptional value for money. My annual visit to my Producers normally takes place in the northern hemisphere springtime. Not for the fine weather or the food or any one event but simply for the wine.

They are just not wines that you or I will ever probably ever be able to drink. Or, very rarely, unless we know a billionaire, or somebody who's a complete nutcase. Well, I think family winemakers are doing it particularly well, because they are able to 'pivot' more quickly than if you're in a corporate world. But if you look at Australian winemakers, generally, you're seeing moves into biodynamic, organic, sustainable practices, because it's all about putting back into the vineyard what you're taking out.
